Hemp Seed Freezer Fudge

Makes 8 - 12 cubes

Takes 5 minutes + 1 hour to set

Ingredients:

1/2 c hulled tahini or hemp butter or mixture

5 tablespoons hemp seed

3 tbsp coconut oil or cacao butter

3 tbsp honey

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp pink salt

Ice tray or fancy silicone molds or a plate

Garnish - flowers, freeze dried powders, berries, seeds, 

HOW TO

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl pot on low heat to gently melt.
2. Pour mixture into molds or dollop onto a plate, and pop in the freezer for at least 20 mins or until set.
3. Remove from the moulds, sprinkle with hemp seed, garnish.
